Still mad at Telus

So I went to the CRTC website to file a complaint. CRTC does not regulate cell phone services and directed me to the CCTS website.

When I tried to file a complaint, I was told by their online form process that they do not handle this type of complaint.

What a bunch of horsepuckey!
